Acceptance

By downloading or using GPS Speed, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The Privacy Policy also applies to your use.

Safe and lawful use

GPS Speed is an informational aid, not a certified speedometer, navigation system, emergency service, or safety instrument. GPS, sensor, map, weather, and road data can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Do not rely on the app where an error could cause injury, damage, or a violation of law.

Keep your attention on the road. Mount and operate your device only where lawful and safe, and never interact with the app while driving. Your vehicle's instruments, road signs, and applicable laws take priority over information shown by the app.

License and acceptable use

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful purposes. You may not reverse engineer, disrupt, misuse, resell, or use the app to violate another person's rights or any applicable law, except where such a restriction is prohibited by law.

Purchases and subscriptions

Optional purchases are billed by the store associated with your device. Prices, taxes, trial eligibility, renewal dates, and available plans are shown by that store before confirmation. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your store account at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subject to the store's rules.

You can restore eligible purchases from the app. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under Apple App Store or Google Play policies. Removing the app does not cancel an active subscription.

Third-party services

The app may use services supplied by Google, Apple, Firebase, map providers, weather providers, and road-data providers. Their availability, content, and terms are outside our control. Links to third-party services do not constitute an endorsement.

Availability and changes

Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. We may update the app or these terms to improve the service, address security or legal requirements, or reflect third-party changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from reliance on speed, route, weather, or road information. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
